Two-way Radio Sale Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase! 

We sale most of our equipment on our website or at the Gold and Blue Outfitters Store in Bluefield West Virginia.  With this being said, we reach a lot of people, and our radios gets into a lot of hands.

As of 5/1/22, we decided to put a “radio policy” in place. 

Our Policy is as follows:
-        Our radio’s come with a 60-day manufactory physical warranty
-        Reprograms for the original 26 channels are always free, however if you try and reprogram the radio yourself (which you are free to do), Tech One or Gold & Blue won’t be held responsible for the reprogram in the event that you lose or mess up the current settings.
-        Our radios are either waterproof or water resistant, however we need to keep in mind that they are still electronics and anything can go wrong. Please try to protect your electrical gear at all times while being around water. Water damaged radios will not be replaced.
